As one of Myanmar's most successful entrepreneurs, U Aung Ko Win's achievements include steering the management of Kanbawza Bank in 1994 into the developement of the largest commercial bank in the country.
He also founded the Kanbawza Group of Companies, which is now one of Myanmar's leading conglomerates with over 80,000 employees. The KBZ Group's core principal is centred on strengthening Myanmar and its people.

Daw Nang Kham Noung is the Executive Director of the KBZ Group, Director of KBZ Bank, and Chairman of I-KBZ Insurance.
In 2008, she co-founded the award winning ‘Brighter Future Myanmar Foundation’ (KBZ Bank’s non-profit organisation), which is now Myanmar’s leading philanthropic organisation.
She is the responsible for the family's Investments and new ventures (such as the Trust Channel), Co-chair of KBZ Women’s Initiatives, CoFounder of i3 Lab’s (KBZ’s Business incubator) and a Member of Myanmar Women’s Entrepreneur Association.
Educated in Singapore, Qatar and London, she is an instrumental driving force in the transformation of the KBZ Group.
Rudi Rolles

Mr. Rolles has been in the financial industry for more than 30 years. He has a wide experience and good understanding of the various Asian stock markets as well as that of the US stock markets and its different financial instruments.
He started his financial career as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch, Luxembourg in 1984. He provided financial advice to high net worth individuals and financial institutions. His expertise included trading in Equities, Commodities, Bonds, Options and other Derivatives.
He later moved to Singapore to head the Private Banking Department of Bank International Luxembourg Asia. In the late 1990’s he was Global Head of Sales Trading and Dealing at SocGen Securities Singapore where he was responsible for all Asian Securities sales in the SocGen Group world-wide. In the last 15 years, he worked with Singapore Securities Companies where his focus has been on the Singapore and other Asian stock markets. He was involved in the launching and placement of shares of new companies on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange as well as Rights Issues, Placements and other Fund raising exercises.
Michael Ong

More than 25 years in the stockbroking industry in the Asia-Pacific region. He has an in-depth knowledge of the analysis and valuation of both public and private companies across various industries in the region.
A top-ranked investment analyst throughout his career with international securities houses including Morgan Grenfell Asia (top brokers in Singapore and Malaysia), Société Générale (he was voted best regional consumer analyst) and BNP Paribas (he built the number one SME equity research team in Singapore). He had also helmed the BNP Paribas regional corporate research team covering 10 Asian markets including China, Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan.
Mr. Ong was also responsible for sourcing equity fund raising deals with listed companies from the various Asian markets, and for marketing and raising funds for listed companies to institutional investors from major global financial centers.
